Woo Pig Sooie!

Yesterday was the first game in Razorback football season. A huge wonderful time at our house! We started out the weekend on Friday with the first ever RazorRock pep rally on the new junction bridge. It was pretty fun and Drew loved getting to watch the band, cheerleaders, and Tusk up close. Then we followed the band over to the Travelers game where they played the National Anthem. Then Saturday morning we woke up nice and early to get out to the golf course for some tailgating with the NLR Firefighters and friends. It was really fun and Drew loved it as usual. We had a nice little rainstorm in the middle of it and since we had an extra set of clothes for him...Drew got to run and splash in the rain for some extra excitement! Then he had a quick nap, played some more, visited friends, and got ready for the football game. He's been to a Red/White scrimmage game before, but never a real Razorback football game. We got him a ticket so he could sit with us and he LOVED it! He wasn't ready to leave when we did and he would've sat through the entire game! He had some popcorn, did some Hog calling, cheered on the team, did the Wave, and danced to the band music. He did so great all day. We were so proud of him. We can't wait for more game days with our boys in the future and are so glad that Drew loves Hog Day as much as Brian and I do. It melted our hearts taking him to his first football game. We're starting another tradition of football season with our kids and we couldn't be more excited.

I haven't downloaded the pictures yet, and unfortunately my camera died before I could take very many pictures, but we got a couple.
