It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!

The Great Pumpkin cartoon that comes on every year is something that Brian and I have always watched together, so we were excited to watch it this year with Drew. He loved it! He's obsessed with pumpkins so he was in heaven. Here are a few pics of us snuggling on the couch watching a new holiday favorite.

Look what Drew got!!

Okay, he actually got this for his birthday from the Ezzis and the Heads, but we've been too lazy to put it together! So Wednesday I was off work and while Brian was putting new doors in our house, I decided to put this slide/ball pit together. So when Brian brought him home from school it was waiting on him! He was so happy and jumped into the ball pit immediately. We almost couldn't get him out of it! One bad thing that happened though...he was diving into it and hit his face on the ball spout and now has his first black eye. But he looks tough! Thanks for the great present guys...you'll have to come over and enjoy the fun with us!

Now pronouncing Mr. & Mrs. Brent Jennings!

Hannah and Brent had a beautiful wedding in Gulley Park last weekend. They are getting married in Mexico in two weeks, but wanted to have a ceremony that we could all be a part of. It was such a beautiful day. Congrats guys. We love you so much! Welcome to the family Brent!!!

Happy Birthday, Maebrie

Maebrie had her 1st bday party a few weeks ago. She's such a cutie and Drew had a blast playing with her and all her friends! Happy bday sweet girl...we love you tons and tons!

Washing Mommy's car

Drew helped Brian wash my car a few weeks ago. He had a great time, but he's not a big fan of the hose. He would run back over to the steps where I was sitting when Brian had to rinse. He loved splashing the rag back into the bucket and scrubbing all the dirt away. Such a big helper!

Playing with Caroline

We stayed in Fayetteville with Hannah & Brent for the game this weekend and we got some really cute pics of the kiddos. We had a great time even though the Hogs just couldn't pull it out!

Happy Halloween

Brian and I went to a Halloween party last weekend. We were Cleopatra and Marc Anthony. Doesn't he look cute in his soldier uniform!

All dressed up for church

I took these pictures a few weeks ago before church. Doesn't he look so sweet!

So thoughtful

Drew is definitely all boy. He's rowdy and mischievious and a little devil sometimes. He gets that look in his eye and says "don't want it" and usually throws whatever you are trying to get him to eat. So yesterday when I was putting chicken strips into a cup so he could eat them in the car...I did something that made him mad (still not sure what that was) and he hit the cup in my hand spilling the nuggets all over the carpet. Before I had time to get upset and make him pick them up, he said "Uh, oh Mommy" and bent down and picked every one up and put them back in the cup. It just amazed me that he could be so thoughtful when he actually was pretty upset with me. He really is such a sweet, snuggly, loving little boy and I love that he has an independent streak in him too.
