Sylvan Hills T-Ball 2012

Drew has started t-ball again this year. He's in the 5/6 year old league and it is MUCH more competitive than it was last year. Which means he will learn a lot since he's one of only 2 5 year olds on his team. We have 2 tournaments at the end of this month, so here we go! Sylvan Hills Baseball will be my life :). Davis spends all of every practice crying about playing t-ball, wanting a helmet, wanting to play with bubba, etc. He is dying to be 5!

Zoo Trip

We made our first zoo trip of 2012 a few weeks ago. It was a beautiful day and we had to get out of the house and enjoy it. The boys had a great time and it was really fun watching them run all over the place and get excited about all the animals. The favorites were definitely the monkeys, lions, and tigers.

Lulu is 5 months old!

Well, our baby girl Lulu is 5 months old (a little over) and she is a WILD one! She loves the boys and us too much and likes to show it by attacking everyone and jumping all over us. But she's precious and sweet and funny. She loves to sit on the tree stump in the backyard and sun herself and I was able to sneak a picture of her out there. She LOVES Drew...he has been her favorite from day one and she always runs straight to him. She likes to lie on his bed with him...when she's not lying on his head or chewing on him.

Wye Mountain with the Harris Family

We had such a fun weekend with Alana, Drew Harris, Megan, & Erin. We played on Sunday had a girls night out on Sunday night, had lunch at Chik-Fil-A and took pictures at Wye Mountain. The boys adore the 3 Harris kids and I love watching them all have fun together. Since they moved to Texas, we only see them a few times a year, but they fall right back into their normal routines every time. I love that we were able to spend so much time together in the months before they moved because they have really formed a lifelong friendship with each other. I was so happy how well all the pictures turned out...the boys actually cooperated for once!

Jimmy Buffet comes to NLR!!!

Well, Brian's dreams came true on March 1st...Jimmy Buffet sailed into North Little Rock!!! The parrotheads were out in full force and there was some serious tailgating going on. Rob and Lori pulled their RV to the campground, so that was super fun sitting out there all day. The weather was PERFECT...sunny and in the high 70s. We sat outside all day and then headed in to the concert. It was so much fun. We called the Hogs several times and the music of course was wonderful. We really hope he comes back again soon!
