Cora and Griffin are here!

Erin had her twins last week, and they are so adorable! Such sweet big babies too...6lbs 90z a piece. Cora and Griffin...so sweet! They were welcomed by their big brothers...Connor and Archer. So now Erin and Chris have a fabulously busy household! I can't wait to meet the newest members of the family when we go to visit in May!

Meeting little Hudson...finally!

We've been trying to go see Baby Hudson for almost 4 months now, but haven't been able to because one of our 4 babies will be sick or someone is busy, etc. Finally we got to go play last night with Hudson and Ashton and it was a blast as usual. Davis and Hudson are already best friends. In fact when they were snuggling in the chair in their pjs, Davis started licking Hudson on the head and trying to eat his hair...only a best friend lets you get away with that! Drew and Ashton had a fantastic time as usual...at least until they both started getting cranky from sleepiness. I loved catching up with Jennifer. It was so fun. Too bad we don't live close enough to do this multiple times a week!

Drew and Davis

My boys are getting so big. Davis is such a smiley baby and he's now found his fist and fingers to chew and suck on. They are so fun to snuggle with and laugh and play with. We have so much fun every day!

Travs games are back on!

Well, we finally got to go back to the Traveler's games on Saturday night. We absolutely love going to the baseball games and Drew has been talking about running the bases for weeks now. It was a little chilly, but still very fun. Unfortunately Drew didn't get to run the bases, but he did love having Davis out there too, so I guess that made up for it.

Random pictures

No real reason behind this post other than to put some cute pictures of the boys on here. When Drew was a shooting star, I got to go visit Davis for a minute too and he was so cute and snuggly swinging in his class. I've been trying so hard to catch a smile, but it's not working so far!

Crews Softball Game

The Legends (old guys) versus Young Guns (young guys) softball game at Crews was played last Thursday at Burns Park. It was very fun and the Legends killed! A ton of employees and their families came out to watch and then we all went to celebrate at American Pie Pizza in Maumelle. It was really fun. Drew had a blast running around with Hudson and Davis got to snuggle with Grandma Faulkner.

Drew's a shooting star

Drew was a shooting star again at school a few weeks ago. That's the behavior reward. He is always so proud when he stands in the center and everyone sings about him. I love watching his little face when he gets to run as fast as he can to give me a hug. Running at school is allowed during Star Time. His friend Whitman was a shooting star too, so we had to get a picture of these two buddies. They've been big friends since they met in the nursery when Drew was 7 months old. The fun thing about Whitman is that Brian worked with his grandfather at the firestation before he died. So we have a special connection with their sweet family too.

God has always loved you...this is just his first public kiss!

Davis,

Easter Sunday was such a special day for our family. Not only was it special because we were able to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus, but you were baptized in Waypoint. We go to NLR FUMC to the Waypoint service (non-traditional). We absolutely love it and all the people in it. We have really found such a wonderful church family there with a lot of young families with kids the same ages as ours. The pastor is Leon Gray and he's fantastic. He's interesting, funny, and lovable. So needless to say we were very excited for all our friends to be there for your baptism. You were baptized alongside another baby, Jonah Campbell. His parents are very nice and we hope that you guys grow up to be good friends. We were very happy to have a lot of our family there to celebrate this important day in your Christian life. Grandma, Grandaddy, the Jennings family, Uncle Muscles and Ashey, Mimi, Pop, and the Wheeler family. Our corner was kind of rowdy, but we wouldn't have it any other way! We stood up in front of the church with the Campbells and Leon explained about our way of baptizing...the sprinkle! Then he had both families repeat the vows and the congregation too. After that he took you and Jonah together around the congregation and talked to both of you about all the people sitting there. Talking about how these are the people that will be your Sunday School teachers, choir teachers, mentors, friends, and watch dogs. You were both just looking at him and everyone else and didn't cry or anything. It was so precious to watch. He also says something during baptism that always makes me tear up...quoting a friend of his he says, "God has always loved you...this is just his first public kiss." I think that really sums up the way our faith looks at God and baptism and faith. We are really looking forward to you growing up in this church alongside Drew and really learning how to love the Lord and let his Light sign through you so that others may know him too. Daddy and I made a promise to teach you and Drew all that we can about God and faith and love and we really hope that some day you will have a wonderful relationship with him too. We love you angel and were so happy to share this special event with everyone!
