3 Months Old...already!

Well, you're 3 months old now! It's so hard to believe that it's already been that long. You are getting so big and changing more and more every day. You are smiling all the time now and it's so adorable. You are definitely a morning person...you wake up laughing and smiling almost every morning. One of my favorite things is when your little face lights up when you see Daddy unexpectedly. Like when we go visit him at the firestation or when he comes home in the morning from work. It's like you get so excited and tickled that he is there when you didn't think he was. He loves it too which makes it even cuter. You are definitely a daddy's boy a lot of the time. You do really like for me to put you to bed at night though.

We've all been kinda sick the last few weeks since you brought home a cold from daycare. So your 3 month birthday wasn't very fun for you. We spent it at your Mimi and Pop's house because Daddy's cousin Eric was leaving for military boot camp the next day and we had a cookout for him. But you weren't interested in playing with anyone. You were sick, tired, and cranky. Poor little guy! But you are doing much better now. And so are Mommy and Daddy! Since you were sick, we took you to the doctor on Monday, so we got to find out that you weigh 15 lbs, 6 ozs. You are getting so big!

Drew, you are the most amazing thing that has every happened to me and Daddy. We are so proud to be your parents and can't wait to teach you all kinds of fun things. We look forward to every single day just because we get to hang out with you. We love you so much, son!
