I can't believe you are a year old. It seems like just yesterday that we were coming home from the hospital to our new normal of life with 2 boys. As you can tell from my lack of blogging...life is crazy for us with you and Drew. It's so fun, but definitely loud. You don't have your one year old doctor visit until later this month, so I'll post your stats then, but here are some things you are doing as a one year old:
- super fast crawler
- pulling up on furniture and walking around as long as you have something to hold onto
- eating anything we give you. you aren't picky at all!
- you have 8 teeth..4 top and 4 bottom (you like to use them if you don't get your way)
- sleeping better (for now)...just in the last week you've actually slept through the night a few times.
- getting ear infections...and tubes on the 20th
- loving your big brother...you think Drew is the greatest thing in the world!
- talking up a storm...you can say momma, dadda, bubba, hi, and bye. sometimes it sounds like you say drew-drew
- you love to wave at people and just do it randomly sometimes
- you love to be outside more than anything
- you can make a car noise when you are "driving" cars with Drew
- you are learning to sign "more" ,but it doesn't really look right...gets the point across though
More than anything, you are precious. Not the easiest baby in the world because you want me to hold you ALL THE TIME, but we love you so much and you add so much joy to our lives. Your smile is contagious and so is your belly laugh. It melts my heart when you want to sit with Drew or lay your head on him. You love to give kisses...and an occasional bite. When you get really excited to see someone your whole body shakes and jumps. Thank you for making our little family seem complete. We can't wait to see what the next year brings for you with learning to walk, talk, run, play, etc.
