3 months old

Well, Davis...you are 3 months old! You have started grinning and giggling and talking and playing like a wildman lately. You grin so big that we can see your upper gums and usually give a little laugh noise when you do it. You have figured out how to hit your toys with your hand on your bouncy seat or play mat. You love being outside and going on walks in the stroller. You have really started to enjoy your Bumbo seat and really like it when we sit it on the dinner table so that you can be a part of family dinnertime. You are the happiest baby in the morning. You fuss a little to let us know you are awake, but once we pick you up you can't stop smiling. It's so nice to start the day like that. It makes my heart so happy and usually makes Drew happier in the mornings too. You are a pretty good sleeper. Our only complaint is that you go to bed around 7:30 which is very early in our household. You are starting to stay up a little later now though. You usually get up once in the night between 2am and 3 am and then sleep until 6 or 6:30. You are eating 6 ounces every 2-3 hours. You are such a wonderful, happy baby. We like to say that "you've finally got life figured out" after your sickly start the first 2 months. We have so much fun with you and Drew and I get so much joy out of watching you guys together. You are already big buddies and I love it! You are a joy to our lives and we love you so much!
