Davis is one month old

Well Davis, you are one month old...actually 6 weeks at this point. I can't believe it! We went to your well baby check up today and you got your 2 month shots since we are pretty close to that and Dr. Laura is going on maternity leave next week. You are 10lbs, 13 ounces and 22 1/2 inches which is in the 50% range for 6 week olds. You are such a sweet big boy! You still have quite a bit of fuzzy blonde hair and blue eyes. You are eating about 4 ounces every 2.5-3 hours. You've just started to smile a little bit which is really fun for us and especially for Drew. You love it when he lies down next to you and talks and laughs. You turn your head so you can see him any time you hear his voice and kick your legs and swing your arms. He gets so excited! You move your eyes to follow us and are really cooing a lot more. You sleep pretty well at night...3-4 hours at a time. You are pretty fussy during the day...we think you have a little problem with gas, but Dr. Laura thinks it will get better soon. We are really loving every minute of having two boys around the house! It's so fun! You and Drew are so wonderful and have made our lives amazing. We love you so much!
