Singing at church

Drew had his first experience singing in front of church for our Hanging of the Green service. Right before the service Drew's friend Alex informed him mom that "actually, me and Drew Poe are just gonna laugh a lot" instead of sing. After having to wait in the hall for like 20 minutes during the opening part, the 3-5 year old children's choir all lined up to sing Away in a Manger. It was adorable. Drew looked like he was going to sing until he saw his Grandma and then he covered his eyes and pretended to be shy. Not many of his friends sang, but they all stood still and no one cried or ran away. So that's a victory right?
