Mary Caroline Jennings

Well, she's here! My beautiful niece (Mary Caroline Jennings) was born at 2:20am on Friday July, 25. She weighs 7lbs, 5ounces and is 19.5 inches long. She has little peach fuzz hair like Drew had and she looks a lot like her Daddy already. Hannah is doing great and had what she calls "a surprisingly easy labor." So that's two for two for the Jackson girls. She was in labor for about 12 hours, but only pushed for about 30 minutes. We were standing outside the door and heard Caroline's first cry, so that was really special. Both Grandmas started crying immediately. She isn't the first grandchild on either side, but she's the first girl, so we were all super excited! She's absolutely perfect and she came home around 10:30 this morning. I didn't want to leave Fayetteville today, but my sister has a house full, so we will be back in a few weeks for a little more one on one time. This was such a special time for me watching my little sister become a mother and just knowing how much fun it is. She and Brent are already naturals and I think they are both completely wrapped around Caroline's finger! We love you all so much and so proud of you. We can't wait to spoil that precious baby!!!
